Thank you for visiting my site. As an artist, I want to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with my company and my artwork.

As a native of the Sacramento area, growing up loving the mountains and the rivers nearby,  much of my art is nature influenced.

  
I work mainly with gourds and canvas, though I dabble in beading, collage, crochet, and I’m always open to new mediums.  Working with gourds I get to carve, burn and Dremel away my cares.  I love experimenting with new dyes and finishes.  My paintings are boldly colorful and expressive.  I’m not so much concerned with the realism in a piece as I am with the raw feeling that the colors and strokes evoke.  My art is inspired by my favorite things: nature, people, animals, and life’s lessons.

I hope that in my work you see the joys of life, and hear the voice that beckons each of us to come back to the simplicity of nature to find ourselves.
